Can of worms…

In all my free time this entire month, I’ve been making my art pieces for Game of Shrooms. It’s a surprisingly big undertaking. To get to the final product, I made a lot of mistakes. I’ve been thinking about it and my process is best described as improv. The pieces have morphed as I’ve gone along, like “Ok, that works” and “Ok, that doesn’t.” One idea sparks another, and when is it ever really done?

A Warhol-esque soup can but branded for Blazenhoff? Yeah!

A tiny easel holding tiny shrooms in a tiny golden frame? Of course.

A tiny Warhol-inspired wig on top? How can I not? Ok, now it’s done.

Yes, and?

Oh wait, what if they were dropped all over the U.S.? Let’s do it!

Without any further ado, here’s a sneak peek of one of the pieces I’m dropgifting on Saturday, June 11. The other pieces are similar but different. It’ll be a surprise. I’ve pulled together a nationwide posse to drop in locations across the United States. If you’re close to Hyannis, MA, Oklahoma City, OK, Seattle, WA, Vashon, WA, TBD in FL, Oakland, CA, or Alameda, CA, follow my new Insta for clues on where exactly to forage them on game day.

Real thing you can’t actually buy: Can of Shrooms
