Jiggity Jig!!!SJ and I are home from our super-spectacular-awesome-epic road trip to Los Angeles! If you missed all our guest tweets for @RoadTrip, go check them out now! The hashtag is #REDrt15 (though sometimes I forgot to add it…boo). OR, better yet, check out this wrap-up post of the trip’s highlights which I slaved over.

This week I started working on a SECRET but VERY COOL project. It uses all my best creative-thinking skills in all the best ways. That’s all I can tell you. Sorry.

This is Broke-Ass Stuart and he’s trying to grow up.**Know of him? You should. He’s written books, zines, and viral articles, and hosted a nationally televised show.

(In fact, come June, I’ll be a guest on his web show, The Kinda Late Show with Broke-Ass Stuart.)

More importantly, he’s fighting the good fight for independent media in San Francisco. With the recent closures of The Bold Italic and Bay Guardian, indie media is gasping for air in the Bay Area. To keep his brand alive (and to grow it bigger), he’s started a crowdfunding campaign.  You should throw some $$ his way.

Or maybe not: “10 Reasons Why You Should NOT Give Your Money to Broke-Ass Stuart’s IndieGoGo Campaign.”

I can’t believe no one has taken him up on this perk yet:

**Growing up is overrated!!!

She wrote Amanda Palmer a letter about Karuna Sessions and was invited to host a cuddle room at her Austin show. She is there RIGHT NOW hosting the Karuna Lounge and from what I am reading on Twitter, it’s going REALLY WELL. I’m SO PROUD of her!!
